Classes are held inside, outside on our training turf, and in our indoor heated saltwater pool. 

Members may reserve a pool lane for lap swimming at available times.

Monday @ 9am

A restorative class designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, and muscle recovery. Through targeted stretching and self-massage techniques using foam rollers, you'll release tension, reduce soreness, and enhance mobility without the intensity of yoga. This class is perfect for anyone looking to prevent injury, improve performance, or simply feel more relaxed and limber.

Experience the ultimate full body aerobic workout! Each month brings new music from the decades so you can learn new moves and stay on top of the latest trends. We focus on joint mobility and strength, so you'll leave feeling stronger and more flexible! Beginner friendly, but all levels are welcome.

Weights & Waves w/ Jess

Monday @ 5:30pm

Come join Jess for Weights & Waves in the pool! This class combines a low-impact cardio & plyometric warm up with water resistant strength training, toning and core work. Get stronger, leaner and more defined without causing wear and tear on joints! Appropriate for all levels.

Lift with a Lady w/ Kyla

Tues & Thurs @ 9am

Join Kyla for a beginner-friendly strength training class focused 100% on form. Using NASM’s Optimum Training Program model, this class helps combat osteoporosis with effective strength-based techniques. Each session builds on a solid foundation, introducing a new exercise every two weeks. Suitable for all fitness levels, modifications are provided to ensure everyone can participate safely.

Aqua Zumba w/ Kyla

Dive into a fitness experience like no other with Kyla's exhilarating Aqua Zumba class! This dynamic session combines the upbeat rhythms of Zumba with the refreshing elements of water, creating an invigorating and enjoyable workout.

Gentlest Yoga w/ Connie

Wednesdays @ 5pm

Join Connie for Portland's "Gentlest Yoga". Yoga designed to invite the body to soften and settle as we move gradually into and out of postures. These gentle, slow-paced movements encourage the alignment of mind, body, and spirit. Chairs and additional props are available to ensure comfort. This practice is inclusive and welcoming for all levels, from beginners to experienced students. Class will be held in either pool deck or turf park ( at instructors descretion)

Aqua HIIT Circuit w/ Melissa

Thursday @ 4:30pm

This dynamic class combines popular workout styles like Tabata, AMRAP (as many rounds as possible), and EMOM (every minute on the minute) to keep you engaged, challenged, and moving non-stop. It's fast-paced, high-energy, and the perfect way to torch calories and build strength—so don’t forget to bring your water bottle and be ready to HIIT it hard!
