Tuesdays, 9am
A circuit-style total body workout incorporating strength-based training. Learn the ins and outs of strength training with 12 new exercises in every class using a variety of modalities. Modifications for beginners and advanced lifters.

Poolside Yoga
Wednesdays, 5pm
Held poolside in the warmth of the glass atrium, Vinyasa yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. Focus is on alignment principles, cultivating non judgemental awareness, and the commitment to practice over perfection.
