Core Conditioning w/Jess
Monday @ 9am
Strengthen your foundation from the inside out with Core Conditioning. Your core is more than just your abs. These muscles play a crucial role in everyday activities like standing tall, walking safely, reaching, lifting, and maintaining balance.
In this class, we focus on building strong, stable core muscles to improve posture, reduce the risk of falls, support healthy movement, and ease back discomfort. You’ll move through a variety of low-impact exercises — both seated and standing — using your body weight, resistance bands, light weights, and mats.
Whether you're new to exercise or looking to enhance your strength safely, Core Conditioning offers a supportive environment where you can build confidence and core power at your own pace.

Aqua Flex & Flow w/Jess or Candy

This dynamic, full-body water workout is designed specifically for those who want to stay strong, fit, and energized. Each 45-minute class combines heart-pumping cardio with muscle-toning strength exercises — all performed in the pool for maximum joint support and resistance.
Expect something new every week! One day might focus on interval-style cardio bursts, while another may target strength and balance with water-based resistance moves. Whether you're marching, kicking, squatting, or rowing, you'll move with purpose and have fun doing it.

Breathwork & Hatha Yoga w/Liz

Total body conditioning in an energizing and fun aquatics class! High intensity interval training focused on strength, muscle isolation, joint stabilization and endurance. Modifications are provided for all participants.

Join Jess for a beginner-friendly strength training class focused 100% on form. Using NASM’s Optimum Training Program model, this class helps combat osteoporosis with effective strength-based techniques. Each session builds on a solid foundation, introducing a new exercise every two weeks. Suitable for all fitness levels, modifications are provided to ensure everyone can participate safely.

In this 45-minute class, you’ll move through energizing cardio-based exercises like aqua jogging, water jacks, and gentle kicks — all set to fun, motivating music. Each class includes a warm up and cool down.

Gentlest Yoga w/ Connie
Tuesdays @ 8am; Wednesdays @ 5pm
Designed to invite the body to soften and settle as we move gradually into and out of postures. These gentle, slow-paced movements encourage the alignment of mind, body, and spirit. Chairs and additional props are available to ensure comfort. This practice is inclusive and welcoming for all levels, from beginner to experienced. Classes will be held in pool deck or turf park (at instructors discretion).

High Energy H2O w/ Buffy
Tuesday's @ 6:00 pm
This high-energy, low-impact water aerobics class is designed to build strength and stamina with a blend of cardio and flexibility exercises. The arms, core, hips, and legs are a rotating focus with bursts of power and energy mixed with rest and recovery. Each exercise is prompted and timed to maximize efficiency, to keep you moving and enjoying your workout. All levels welcome!
