Our Classes

Our group exercise classes feature something for everyone!
They include Bootcamp, Senior Fit, Yoga, H20 Fit, and AquaBarre.

 

Classes are held inside, outside on our training turf, and in our indoor heated saltwater pool. 

Members may also reserve pool lanes for lap swimming at available times. 

 

We will continue to add classes throughout the FALL!
