Our experienced trainers lead group exercise classes for all needs, levels and abilities!

 

Improve your strength, core and cardio in our Bootcamp and Circuit classes. 

Keep active with Senior Fit.

Improve core strength, balance and mobility in our indoor pool with H2O Fit and AquaBarre.

Experience the unique health benefits of Yoga.

 

Classes are held inside, outside on our training turf, and in our indoor heated saltwater pool. 

Members may reserve a pool lane for lap swimming at available times.

AquaBarre

Mondays, 5:30pm; Wednesdays, 10am & 11am

Using the resistance of the water and the edge of the pool as your ‘barre’, this full-body workout focuses on core strength, balance and mobility.

Bootcamp

Tues/Thurs, 6am

This full-body workout will get your heart pumping as you build strength and endurance in a fun and supportive atmosphere.

Gentlest Yoga

Wednesdays, 5pm

Join Connie for Portland's "Gentlest Yoga". Yoga designed to invite the body to soften and settle as we move gradually into and out of postures. These gentle, slow-paced movements encourage the alignment of mind, body, and spirit. Chairs and additional props are available to ensure comfort. This practice is inclusive and welcoming for all levels, from beginners to experienced students. Class will be held in either pool deck or turf park ( at instructors descretion)

Senior Fit

Tues/Thurs, 7am

Designed for the older active adult, this class combines low-impact cardio, strength, balance and mobility exercises to keep you moving through life.

AquaMIXX 360

Fridays, 11pm

Move in all directions—up, down, sideways, and spirals! Harness the resistance of the water to boost strength and stamina! Water-based training offers the chance for three-dimensional movement and making the most out of buoyancy to engage and position our bodies, all while supercharging our core muscles!

Circuit

Fridays, 9am

This circuit-style workout combines upper and lower body strength exercises, core and cardio for a total-body workout. There is opportunity to work at your own pace while providing a challenge for all fitness levels.

Zumba GOLD

Friday @ 12pm

Join Kyla for an invigorating class tailored to embrace the joy of movement at a comfortable pace! This session brings the zest and vibrancy of Zumba while catering to active older adults, beginners, or those looking for a modified, lower-impact dance fitness experience.

Aqua Zumba

Flex & Flow Dance w/ Kyla

Tuesdays @ 10am & 4:30pm

Experience the ultimate full body aerobic workout! Each month brings new music from the decades so you can learn new moves and stay on top of the latest trends. We focus on joint mobility and strength, so you'll leave feeling stronger and more flexible! Beginner friendly, but all levels are welcome.

Lift with a Lady

Tues/Thurs @ 9am, Wednesdays @ 12pm

Join Kyla for a beginner-friendly strength training class focused 100% on form. Using NASM’s Optimum Training Program model, this class helps combat osteoporosis with effective strength-based techniques. Each session builds on a solid foundation, introducing a new exercise every two weeks. Suitable for all fitness levels, modifications are provided to ensure everyone can participate safely.
